Trailers, Boats & Cars. These private grounds offer hiking opportunities & the chance to watch eagles & other wild life in their natural setting. Open Year Round. Features:

Rates:
Low season: Minimum 3 night Stay $219.00 - $239.00 per night
High Season: Minimum 7 Night Stay
Nightly - $269.00 $300.00 security deposit required on all bookings. Fully refundable if no missing or broken items and unit returned exactly as found within 23-4 business days of departure. 50% deposit for reservation with balance due in full 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy if unit is fully re-rented you will receive deposit less 250.00 if not re-rented there is no refund.
Cottage Sleeps 6: includes 3 bedroom + 2 baths Additional Sleeping: RV sites $25.00 per day (dry site) & $40.00 per day (water & electric) with Full cottage booking only. Bunk House will sleep 4-6 people has 3 double bunk beds (approx. 8 x 14) for additional sleeping only and rate is based on age and maximum over limit. No bedding is supplied with the bunk house. **Additional charge per person over maximum $30.00 per night. Rates based on 6 person occupancy.
